About me

My name is Gary Travassos. I was born in Canada. My parents emigrated to Canada, where I lived till I was ten years old. I came to the Azores in 1985, and I have lived here since. I have been working in Tourism since 2000. I really enjoy what I do, because every day is a new experience. Different people, different ideas, and different requests. Fulfilling their desires and getting their satisfaction makes me proud in what I do and where I live, showing the wonders of our beautiful island to those who visit us. I speak English and Portuguese fluently, and a bit of Swedish and Danish.
